For every guest always, there is always a friendly smile, a helpful touch, and time to chat – this is the real magic of Die Tuishuise & Victoria Manor.
Wherever possible, staff members are recruited locally and trained in a kind non-threatening environment. We have 40 staff, most of them have worked for us for 10 or more years, five staff have been here for more than 20 years. We are incredibly grateful to our staff and very proud of them too. Without them, we would not exist. The team is more of a family group than a workforce and many guests remark on this.
